Papus gives no separate description of this card. It is derived from his system: Pentacles is He final (ה), the realizing principle, the term that makes fact, acting in Assiah, the material world; the Queen is He, the suit's passive principle embodied — it receives and reflects. Upright
The receptive principle inside the material world: stewardship. The Queen of Pentacles receives resources and makes them productive — the household, the ground, the business that grows because somebody attends to it daily. Papus's He does not originate, and that is the point: nothing here is invented, everything is husbanded. Practical care, exercised over things and people without drawing much distinction between them.
Reversed
Care become management — everything tended, nothing allowed its own direction. Or stewardship of everyone else's holdings and none of her own, which the suit eventually prices.
